Mr. Dye came from modest beginnings. He worked his way from his beginnings in his Pennsylvania hometown, to owning some of the most successful auto dealerships in Daytona Beach.

He owns a number of dealerships within the Daytona Auto Mall, including:

Chrysler, Dodge,
Jeep, Ram, Maserati, and Fiat.

He is the Treasurer of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, and sits on several boards in Volusia County. He is past President and a current Trustee of the Boys and Girls Club of Volusia County.

Since coming to the area in the early 1980s, he has been a strong supporter of community and local organizations. His advice to others:

“make sure to talk to current and potential community members, and find out how you can help.”
